Program description

Los Padres Fire Protection ("LPFP") operates an internal text-message alert program for its staff and management. Messages relate to LPFP operations — job status changes, parts needed, and schedule or due-date reminders. This is not a marketing program.

Consent

By providing your mobile number to LPFP and agreeing to participate, you consent to receive operational text messages from LPFP at that number. Consent is a condition of participating in the internal alert program only, not a condition of employment or of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational activity.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
